Are the modules always interchangeable?

No. It is always possible for armchairs, corners and ottomans (although you have to change the hooks), but not for armrests..

Can I wash the covers in the washing machine?

We strongly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the fabric label.

How does Blick support the circular economy?

This sofa is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled, making it much easier to replace a piece of the sofa than to throw it away. This logic applies both to the assembly of the individual pieces of the sofa (seat, back, armrest) and to the individual components inside. In fact, the use of glue has been completely abolished, replacing it with non-permanent fixings (screws, joints, stitching). This reduces the environmental impact of the product and facilitates (or does not compromise) its disposal.

What are the lead times?

About 20 working days.

Is it possible to buy a product in stock?

It would be possible after checking stock availability.

What happens in case of a product defect?

Please contact our customer service by email with a photo and description of the defect. Our staff will work to offer you the best possible solution.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Italy and Europe is free. Returns are at the customer’s expense and the cost varies depending on the area.

What is the warranty on the product?

European warranty of 2 years.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Credit card, Paypal, bank transfer in advance and, if approved by a financial institution, payment in instalments.

Is it possible to book a delivery?

You can book a delivery by notifying us within 14 days of the date of your order.

Is it possible to request delivery to the floor?

It is not possible, but Blick is designed to be easily transported to the floor.
